Two kinds of people
This policy covers our customers โ businesses using the service โ and callers, meaning members of the public who ring one of our customers' numbers. Callers never visit this website and never agree to anything here, so this section matters most.
If you called a business
When you call a number we operate for a business, we hold your phone number, the time and length of the call, which options you pressed, and any voicemail you left. If the business has recording switched on, you are told before it starts.
That information belongs to the business you called. We hold it on their behalf. To have it removed, ask the business directly, or contact us and we will pass it on.
We do not sell it. We do not use it to advertise to you.
If you are a customer
We hold your business name, email address, phone number, the numbers of people you add, and records of your calls and payments.
How long we keep it
- Detailed call logs: 90 days
- Call records: 24 months
- Voicemail recordings: 12 months, or sooner if you delete them
- Payment records: as long as Ghanaian tax law requires
Who else sees it
Our telecommunications provider, in order to connect calls. Our hosting provider, in order to run the service. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within thirty days.
